Preparation of a Feasibility Study with a target schedule of accommodation and an Illustrative Master Plan for a pocket brownfield site that borders a conservation area in Chipperfield, Herts.
Overall, up to nine mixed tenure homes are arranged around existing planting and the alignment of a public rights of way in a manner that seeks to;
- minimise visual impact when viewed from the open countryside to the south,
- maintain the scale and character of the existing street frontage and,
- retain the privacy of existing homes that back onto the site on all sides.
